El Nino Southern Oscillation  ENSO Outlook is currently in Neutral. Three climate model suggest the possibility of sea surface temperature reaching La Nina threshold(below -0.8) by October, therefore dial is shifted to La Nina Watch.

Rainfall  Torba will be expecting likely below normal Rainfall over Banks group while near normal over toress group from 9th to 22nd September.

Sea Surface Temperature  above average sea surface temperatures with an average difference of 2 degrees Celsius will be expected in August 2024.
