A marine strong wind warning over northern and central waters of Vanuatu. Southeasterly winds of 21/25 knots with rough seas to 2.5 meters. while elsewhere southeasterly winds of 11/15 knots with light to moderate seas from 1.0 to 1.5 meters expected.
