El Nino Southern Oscillation  El Niño has ended and the El Niño–Southern Oscillation (ENSO) has returned to neutral. Climate models indicate ENSO will likely continue to be neutral until at least July 2024.

Rainfall  Rainfall outlook for Vanuatu from the 22nd to 28th April is likely to be below normal for Penama, part of Malampa, Shefa and Tafea provinces. near to above normal rainfall is likely for Sanma and Torba provinces.
